We are a husband and wife team with a dream! Our dream is to have a successful food trading business making culturally blended delicious street food for everyday people.
Indolicious was started by Jarrod and Sherly Galbraith early on in 2019 and was first formed in the heart of Sherly shortly after her mother passed away. Sherly being of Indonesian ethnicity, grew up surrounded by delicious street food which is richly inherent in their culture. One of the iconic elements of traditional street food is BBQ charcoal chicken skewers that are marinated and cooked right in front of you, emitting an enticing aroma. This is one of Indolicious' signature dishes and tastes authentic and amazing!
Ben Harper
Jarrod grew up with a mother and nana who loved to cook amazing traditional kiwi food. In his younger days, Jarrod was involved in and around the hospitality industry, working in a bakery, cafe's, and a Hotel with food and wine service.
Sherly grew up in Indonesia with her parents who are Chinese descendants. Sherly's mother was an amazing cook in both Chinese and Indonesian cuisines, and had a small home business selling food for a several years.
Jarrod and Sherly have a strong Christian faith, a heart for pastoral care and relationship building.
