Indolicious NZ will endeavour to resolve any and all complaints made.

Please make contact with Indolicious by email: and describe the product/service complaint that you have and how you see it being resolved.

Please be sure to leave your contact details and the date when the product/service was a problem.

We will apologise for any substandard service and offer a replacement, refund or credit for food items that do not meet the quality or standards* set out by Indolicious NZ.

*Our standards are to produce a high-quality street food that is presentable and tasteful with a combination of Indonesian-Kiwi blend of flavours.
